5 Free Adobe Edge Animate Tutorials

If you haven’t had a chance to check out Adobe’s new Edge Animate software, it’s an intuitive and innovative solution for creating animations and interface elements for websites and presentations with excellent mobile compatibility. We’ve created a helpful 4-hour Adobe Edge Animate CC tutorial for beginners to familiarize you with the toolset and give you everything you need to get started. In many ways, Edge has been designed to replace Adobe Flash for use on the web; as you create menus, interactive buttons and animated sequences in the Edge stage, standards-compliant HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are generated in the background. And unlike the slow-to-adapt, proprietary Flash technology, future versions of Edge will bring code updates, and even currently you can customize your creations by adding third party Javascript libraries.
